Small Group Personal Training + Injury Rehabilitation
in Forest Hill
Big coaching energy.
Small group numbers.
Our Small Group Personal Training sessions are designed to give you the best parts of both personal training and sports injury rehabilitation - expert coaching, individual attention and structured progression - without the price tag of one-to-one sessions.
At Good Move, our Small Group Personal Training sessions combine expert coaching, strength training and sports injury rehabilitation in a supportive environment.
Whether you're looking to build strength, improve fitness, return from injury or reduce the risk of future injuries, we provide personalised guidance within every session. Unlike large fitness classes, our small group format allows us to tailor exercises to your goals, fitness level and injury history.
Our approach bridges the gap between traditional personal training and sports injury rehabilitation: no random workouts, no guesswork - just smart training that helps you move better, feel stronger and make steady progress.
Why we cap our groups at four people
We limit every Small Group Personal Training session to a maximum of four members so coaching quality never gets diluted. Unlike large group classes, where it's impossible to keep an eye on everyone, our format allows us to coach properly.
That means we can:
Adjust exercises around injuries, niggles or limitations
Refine technique and movement quality in real time
Progress or regress exercises when needed
Track your development over time
Make sure you're training safely and effectively
You get the motivation and energy that comes from training alongside other people, but with enough individual attention to make every session feel personal.
Sports Injury Rehabilitation Within Every Session
Many people stop exercising after an injury because they don't know how to return safely.
At Good Move, we specialise in helping people recover from sports injuries and build resilience through structured strength training. Our coaches can adapt exercises around existing injuries, previous surgeries or ongoing rehabilitation plans.
We regularly support clients recovering from:
Knee injuries and ACL rehabilitation
Runner's knee and patellar tendon pain
Shoulder injuries and rotator cuff issues
Lower back pain and sciatica
Hip and ankle injuries
Sports-related muscle strains
Tendon and ligament injuries
By combining rehabilitation principles with progressive strength training, we help clients return to the activities they love with confidence.
Train alongside people who get it
One of the unexpected benefits of small group training is the community it creates.
You'll train alongside people who are working towards their own goals, overcoming their own challenges and showing up consistently to improve. The atmosphere is encouraging, welcoming and genuinely supportive.
No egos. No pressure. Just good people doing good work.
