Your initial 6-week programme with Good Move takes you through a full initial assessment, six weeks of programmed and scheduled workouts, and finishes with a recap assessment to see how far you’ve come, and decide together what comes next.
As part of your initital programme you’ll also receive a gait analysis, a desk posture analysis, an optional bike fitting, and a recipe guide from Tom himself.
Your performance is the sum of more than just your gym sessions - we review you at work, rest and play to see how we can get you moving, better.

You’ve completed your initial programming?
Nice. Now we’re into the meaty stuff. Your rolling Good Move membership keeps the tried and tested format of 6-week programming blocks with interim assessments and recaps, but is billed on a rolling 4-week cycle.
Cancel anytime, and you’ll still have access to any remaining sessions in your plan.
