1:4 SMALL GROUP TRAINING

from £280.00 every 4 weeks

Your rolling Good Move Small Group Training membership keeps to the tried and tested format of 8-week programming blocks with interim assessments and recaps, and is billed on a rolling 4-week cycle.

All new joiners will have a full pre-training assessment and movement review ahead of their first session.

All of our programme tracks can be managed through our Small Group Training approach.

Cancel anytime, and you’ll still have access to any remaining sessions in your plan.

Small Group Training is priced at £35 per session.

  • Spring 2026 timetable: 7:00am - 7:45am, 7.45am - 8.30am and 12noon - 12:45pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

    Small group training is limited to 4 people per session to maintain high coaching quality. These are coached sessions (not classes) and run on a minimum commitment period.

    Minimum 8-week commitment

    No drop-ins (small, coached groups rather than open classes)

  • £35 per person per session

    Billed every 4 weeks

    Join us for:

    2 sessions per week: £280 per person
    3 sessions per week: £420 per person

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

from £600.00 every 8 weeks

Need a little something even more…personal? No problem.

With 1:1 sessions from Tom, you’ll be in good hands, and making serious progress.

All 1:1 training is booked in fixed blocks (rather than rolling sessions). This supports consistency, results, and proper training planning.

All new joiners will have a full pre-training assessment and movement review ahead of their first session.

Session prices start from £67.50 / session.

  • Sessions run on calendar time, not attendance

    Blocks are paid upfront

    Training session times are agreed at the start of the block

    Each block includes a 1-week ‘off week’ period to allow for holidays or unforeseen life events

    Outside of this ‘off week’, blocks are not extended

    We’ve found that maintaining this structure helps clients build real, tangible momentum while allowing flexibility for when life happens!

    1 × per week (8 sessions): £600
    (£75 per session)

    2 × per week (16 sessions): £1,080
    (£67.50 per session)

    12-Week Blocks

    1 × per week (12 sessions): £840
    (£70 per session)

    2 × per week (24 sessions): £1,620
