About Us
We’re a small rehab and training space in Forest Hill, run by Tom – a Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer who blends deep injury know-how with a friendly, no-nonsense approach.
Our focus is simple: get you moving with confidence again, then help you keep building.
Everyone starts with an easy assessment and conversation.
From there, we place you on the programme that fits best: Lower Body Injury, Upper Body Injury, Back from Injury (rebuilding) or Beyond Injury (fully recovered and pushing growth).
Each plan runs in eight-week blocks so you can see steady, trackable progress without guesswork.
If you prefer a completely bespoke experience – or your injury is more complex and needs a hands-on approach – Tom also offers one-to-one personal training.
Whatever path you choose, we’ll work around your body, focus on your goals and keep things supportive, clear and enjoyable.

We’re currently running Small Group Personal Training sessions at:
7:00am - 7:45am, 7.50am - 8.35am and 12noon - 12:45pm
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
