We’re a small rehab and training space in Forest Hill, run by Tom – a Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer who blends deep injury know-how with a friendly, no-nonsense approach.

Our focus is simple: get you moving with confidence again, then help you keep building.

Everyone starts with an easy assessment and conversation.

From there, we place you on the programme that fits best: Lower Body Injury, Upper Body Injury, Back from Injury (rebuilding) or Beyond Injury (fully recovered and pushing growth).

Each plan runs in six-week blocks so you can see steady, trackable progress without guesswork.

If you prefer a completely bespoke experience – or your injury is more complex and needs a hands-on approach – Tom also offers one-to-one personal training.

Whatever path you choose, we’ll work around your body, focus on your goals and keep things supportive, clear and enjoyable.

In one-to-one small group sessions, I start by understanding your history, habits and goals.

From there I build structured but flexible programmes that reflect how your body actually moves, blending injury rehab, performance training and nutrition where needed.

I believe fitness is a lifelong skill rather than a quick fix, so my plans focus on building lasting strength, confidence and good habits.

Based in Forest Hill, I work with clients across South East London in a friendly, non-intimidating setting where evidence meets encouragement — and where you always know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it and how far you’ve come.
