In each session you’ll have:

Time for your personalised upper/lower-body rehab, based on your injury
Coaching supervision so you progress at the right pace
A supportive group where everyone gets what they need
We’re future-focussed by design - we’ll take care of the injury you have today while preparing you to train for whatever’s next.
Your first 30-minute assessment is a relaxed but thorough start.
We’ll talk through your injury history, check how you’re currently moving with a movement assessment, and map out a tailored six-week plan.
You’ll leave with a clear roadmap, knowing exactly what we’ll work on, why and how.
Introduction
& Assessment
Lower Body Injury
Focussed support for feet, ankles, knees and hips.
Ideal if you’re dealing with plantar fasciitis, achilles issues or ankle sprains or instability; patellofemoral pain, patellar/quadriceps tendinopathy, ACL/MCL/LCL/PCL rehab, or meniscus tears.
Also great for groin or adductor strains, hip flexor or proximal hamstring tendinopathy, FAI or labral irritation, and gluteal tendinopathy (GTPS).
We rebuild movement patterns, strength and confidence from the ground up.
Upper Body Injury
Focused work on shoulders, elbows, wrists and upper back.
Ideal if you’re dealing with finger sprains, wrist sprains or instability, De Quervain’s, tennis or golfer’s elbow, UCL rehab, rotator cuff tendinopathy or impingement, AC joint sprain, or shoulder labral or instability issues.
Also great for neck strain, thoracic stiffness or rib irritation, and lower back pain including disc-related irritation or sciatica.
Back from Injury
You’re past the acute phase and ready to build.
You’re past the pain point, it’s time to build confidence and get back to some gym-based basics.
We want to ensure you have a great foundation to grow from now you’re back - it's time to make you robust by becoming an expert in movements that will strengthen your weak spots.
Beyond Performance Training
Fully recovered but want to push growth and performance?
This programme moves you from rehab into serious training.
You're ready to start working on your beyond injury goals - this programme is performance focused to help you achieve the goal you set yourself before injury and go beyond it.
Running, cycling, swimming, strength-specific goals or getting back to classes you love - we listen to where you want to go and provide you with the steps to get there, and go beyond.
