How do I know if Good Move is right for me?

If you’re coming back from an injury, feeling a bit rusty, or want expert eyes on your movement while you get stronger, you’ll fit right in. We start with a friendly assessment and chat, so you can see if our approach feels like a good match for your goals.

What’s the commitment?

We begin with a six-week programme to get you moving and confident. After that you can roll into flexible 28-day billing cycles, staying as long as you’re seeing progress. No long contracts — just structured support and clear next steps.

Do I need to have seen a physiotherapist first?

No - Good Move are fully accredited members of the Society of Sports Therapists so are able to help you from the day of injury. If you’ve already been signed off or had initial physio care, we’ll pick up where they left off. If you’re unsure about anything, get in touch and we’ll happily answer any questions you have.

What do I get from the Good Move membership?

A tailored training plan built around your injury history and goals, small group or 1:1 sessions with Tom, regular reassessments every six weeks, and a supportive space to ask questions, track your progress and build lasting strength and confidence.
